Reflection of 4th meeting

There are three person that presenting their teaching last morning, they are Theo, Suci, and Betty. All of them have done a good teaching. They give some variation in their teaching, and it’s a good thing because it  could make their teaching be interest and enjoyable. Theo with his acting, Suci with her video, and betty with her clock could make their teaching be interest. Variation like what they do is very important when we teach in elementary school. Because as we know that student in elementary school of course like something that fun and enjoyable. If  we give variation in the learning, it will be a good thing. Student will interest to the learning, and finally they will pay their attention with the learning  process.

Reflection of 3rd meeting

     The 3rd meeting this morning was be my first meeting, because two last meeting before it i didn't follow the class. First time i follow this class I felt so nervous, it cause in this meeting i have to practice teach in front of you all. Besides that the situation of the room and the condition of the class was really real condition such as when we teach in formal condition, so it make my nervous go up.

     In this meeting there was two person beside me that teach too, they were Nia and Intan. I really salute to them because they had done a great job. Their teaching was very a good teaching. The material could delivered well, the condition of the class was very excited, and they could make an interest learning. It was be a good example for me and so inspired. I got a lot of things from their performance.

     For my performance, i felt that there was so many things that i have to increase. I realized that still there were a lot of things that i have to repair it to make my teaching be better. How to talk to the student, how to make a good condition, how to tell the material, how to make an interest learning were some things that i want to repair it to make my teaching be better.  

     Hopefully that i can practice the good example that we could get from ths class so make my teaching be better..

Experience in Teaching in small group

Teaching in small group that we had done last thursday is my first practice in teaching. After I practice teaching in small group, i just now realize that teaching is not easy. I felt so difficult when I practiced it. How we talk to the student, how we tell the material, how we make student easy to receive the lesson, how we make a good condition in order student feel excited to learn are patterns that make teaching not easy. We must give any attention to that things to make our teaching be a good teaching. In this first teaching, i realize too that apply lesson plan in teaching process is not easy. Need strategy and more experience to make applying lesson plan in teaching process be optimal. Hopefully that next teaching be better than before.

Micro Teaching

Micro Teaching, consist of two words, Micro : kecil and Teaching : belajar, In my mind it's like we get a teaching activity but in small size. My expectation of this class is we get a lot of knowledge and experience in how to practice teaching. In order it will be able to increase our abbility in practice teaching, so later if we have be a teacher it will be useful for us to make our teaching be good and efficient.

My idea to this class is, we make such a "Discussion time", where we can use it to discuss the teacher's problem in teaching in the real condition. We can share and discuss our experience when we teach in elementary school, course, etc. Or we can share and discuss problem in teaching that recently experienced by teacher in elementary school. 

Hopefully it would be a great class..
